Celebrating the life of Alice Au

Mrs Alice Au went to be with her Lord on the 4th of January 2021. Alice and Harry with the children, came to England from India in the 1960s. They started coming along to WFC after moving to the community and opening up the high street's first Chinese restaurant. Alice's love of the Bible immediately blessed the church. Alice and Harry were blessed with five children, so as a family they enjoyed having the church's youth come up to the family home, and eat delicious food which Harry and the others prepared. Alice served on the church leadership at WFC.

We thank God for bringing the family to WFC back in the 60s, and we will remember with much love and affection Alice and how she served her Lord and Saviour. We have said goodbye to our beloved sister, mother, grandmother and friend. The Funeral service was recorded and broadcast on YouTube. It is still available to view.  Click the button here.
