Sunday Youth Group

A time to eat toast and drink tea and coffee. We look at different Bible topics, with discussion and prayer futuring young hearts and minds in the love of Christ. Our kids' ministry offers a safe and engaging space for children to learn about faith, morality, and kindness through fun activities, lessons, and events. Join us in guiding the next generation on their spiritual journey.

WednesdaY MEN'S Group

The group meets every Wednesday from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm, with a coffee& tea break in the middle, and the meeting is held in the snug which has 10 or more comfortable chairs.

The group often looks at the passage of scripture that was preached on the previous Sunday or it sometimes takes a few weeks or more to study a book of the Bible.

Everybody's views are respected and all are encouraged to participate in the discussions with their thoughts on the passage of scripture we are looking at.

Friday Ladies Group 10.30 -12.00pm

The Friday Ladies, so called because we meet on Fridays!,  aim to look over the previous Sunday's sermon and see how God speaks to us through it.  We praise and pray for one another and for the Bridge meal that follows our time together.

If you are available 10-12 on Fridays, you are most welcome to join us. See Gerrie Attwell, our leader.

Mums group

Wednesdays weekly, Mostly Mums Bible group held at the Church from 1- 2.40 pm.

This group is open to all mums but we welcome others too!  As we know, there is so much pressure on families today and mums bear a huge responsibility in looking after the children and doing all the other tasks involved in running a home. The group

aims to support mums of young children through Bible Study, discussion, fellowship and prayer.  There is a small team available to look after the children who are with us from 3.30 - 5.00 pm so mums can have an hour or so together without the children if they choose.

Gideon`s Army Wednesdays monthly, at the church from 7.30pm till 9pm, open to everyone.

The aim of this group is to use some Biblical principles of how Gideon, through
God`s guidance, overcame the enemy through following God`s voice and breaking down
the power of opposition, not with numbers, but through working together, confronting
their fears and reaching the victory. The group tries to understand how we can better
function as an army and this is achieved through Bible teaching and related works

Breakthrough Sundays, ( 4th) monthly, Breakthrough meeting held at the Church at 7pm - 8.30pm.

This meeting is based on 2 Samuel 5;20, where God is called (the God of the Breakthrough)
and helps people to grow in new areas in their lives in Spiritual gifts, testimonies and prayer ministry. There is an element of workshop about it and people can ask questions and Bible teaching is given along with other practical ways of helping people grow. We are currently looking at spiritual gifts and our hope is to see people released in worship, with more creative ways to express their love for the Lord.
